Research on fallow and muntjac deer originally with husband and continued since his death in 1982. Many publications on these species. Research conducted from home – never part of a research institute.
Have worked as nat. hist. curator in museums, taught in school and researched deer privately. Have attended 6 of the 7 International congresses on Biology of Deer in various countries. Have visited deer habitats in number of countries/continents. Have deer contacts in many countries.
