About

Graduated the Moscow State Veterinary Academy. Worked as a livestock specialist of the agricultural farm, researcher of the scientific institute. Now head of an agricultural enterprise and president of the “Biodiversity” charity foundation.
He has successful defended a thesis about European bison acclimatization at Russian North in 1999 and wrote several publications.
Participation in the European bison introduction in Vologda region since 1991.
Methodical monitoring of bison herd in Russian North' south taiga zone.

During my student time I was concerned to acclimatization and breeding of wild species. After that I began to create a wild population of European bison in Vologda region. It was a base of my PhD thesis. LHNet is important for specialists of large ungulates and herbivores to combine them and share information.
