The Dutch ministery of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality supported the network over many years by covering the salary of its director. This continues until the 1st of July 2011. In December 2009, respectively February 2010 we received warmly welcomed donations from the Prince Bernard Foundation for Nature and WWF, the Netherlands, especially for communication leading to better opportunities for fundraising. With the Zoo in Amsterdam, Artis, LHNet has a long lasting cooperation in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding, especially regarding the European bison. Furthermore Veerkracht allround communications helped us designing a professional look of our communication materials. With their help it was possible to relaunch LHNet to become a professional organisation.
